FDSL has developed the technology necessary for tapping (sniffing) into HSMS conversations to provide communications monitoring and message cloning. This technology is useful to both OEM and Fab customers who need to overcome the point-to-point nature of SECS communications.

The SECSLog technology includes message filtering to enable applications specialist applications to be notified of relevant equipment events. For example this technology can be used to notify separate SPC applications when a control parameter crosses a critical boundary. FDLS offers turnkey solutions based upon this technology.
